With great jubilation we bring you a truly exceptional limited-edition Pink Borbon from owner Saadat's 2023 sourcing trip to Colombia in partnership with our friends at Forest Coffee. While at origin in Colombia, Saadat was greatly impressed with the care and attention Forest gave to their experimental processing methods, among many other inspiring farm-level practices. The bird motif of this label was inspired by Martha's (Forest Coffee's owner) efforts to convert their former avocado farm into a lush bio-diverse coffee farm, and in doing so, it became a bird-friendly paradise.

With a 24 hour pre-fermentation in cherry followed by a 36 hour aerobic fermentation prior to drying, this pink borbon is bursting with a clean fruity acidity that gives way to complex notes of earl grey & guava. This coffee is extraordinary and extremely limited so snag it while you can!
